Property management entails us looking after your property for you - you tell us what you want done and how often and we will put together a strategy to achieve it. Below are some examples of the very reasonable costs to owners who choose from a variety of ways to manage their short term rental property with us.:

OPTION A - Often chosen by those with established rental properties

  • We suggest and advise on improvements to your property that will maximise its rental potential.
  • We handle your advertising and bookings (you have your own pre-arranged maintenance/ transfer team for rental clients).
  • We provide contracts and arrange payments.
  • We provide the clients that we have booked with our high standard ‘meet and greet’ and emergency contact service.
  • We act as your spare key holder.
  • We only take commission on the bookings that we make for your property.

Cost - 15% of weekly rental achieved.


OPTION B - Regularly chosen by those who only rent to friends and family

  • We act as your spare key holder.
  • We perform winter property checks where we inspect the property and report back you on a schedule that you choose. You only pay for the checks you choose. No standing charge.

Cost - ONLY £5 per property check
